I offer design services tailored to each client's goals and style. Whether you are looking to completely remodel your personal home, need direction on an investment property, or want the most impactful updates to market your home to sell, I can help.
My initial consultation and site visit is complimentary. From there, I can understand your goals and budget and put together a personalized estimate for your project. I can help you transform your space, even if you can't visualize it. I can provide visual story boards to help you picture all of my design selections together, and offer samples of most materials. I also have an extensive list of contractors I have worked with and trust.
As a Realtor and house flipper, I know what changes add the most value for buyers. I know how to work with contractors effectively and save you time, money, and stress. Check out some of my current and previous design projects below, and contact me to set up your consultation.
Located in in Northwest Dallas, this 2,500 square foot flip was a full gut renovation with a mid century modern style. Two load bearing walls were removed, the master bathroom was reconfigured, and a 4th bedroom was converted into a sunlight filled office. This home received multiple offers and sold for $30,000 over asking price.
This custom Shaddock home was occupied by it's original owners who were in their 90's when the Winter storm of 2021 caused significant water damage. New paint was chosen throughout and two bathrooms were gutted. Selections were made that suited the tastes of the owners and flowed with the undamaged portions of the home.
Across the street from the 1960's Flip House, this home owner asked for a modern facelift for the exterior of his home, in order to fit in better with the renovated houses. A new door, widened front porch, new post, shutters, exterior paint, minimalist landscaping and planters, and uplighting in the trees gave the owner the modern style he was looking for.
Surrounded by more improved homes, this home needed some updates to sell at a higher price. Wood floors were added to the formal dining, the dark kitchen cabinets were painted white and given new hardware, the bathroom light fixtures were updated, the interior and exterior were painted, and pops of color were added for light staging. This home received multiple offers and sold for $11,000 over asking price.
This two bedroom home in a gated active adult community was purchased significantly under average selling price in the area. The original cabinets were kept, but the brown granite, yellowy floors, and dated white appliances were all replaced. The buyer now has one of the most updated homes in the community and instant equity.
Situated on an acre, this country ranch home needed just a light makeover to simplify the interior and let the view shine. The fireplace and kitchen cabinets were painted, clutter was removed, and new flooring was added throughout. This home had multiple offers and sold for $15,000 over asking.
